Stella Gaytan is the President of Bell Fuels, a 100+ year old, woman-owned and operated full-service fuel

distribution partner that services vital services and critical infrastructure needs in the Chicagoland and midwest region.

Stella traces her record of success to being a first generation Mexican-American whose parents’ entrepreneurial nature became the way of life — from finance and accounting to work ethic, people, collaboration, and more.

Since becoming President of Bell in 2022, Stella has reshaped Bell Fuels’ to become the most effective, safe, and trained workforce in the fuel distribution industry. Her focus on building a workplace culture that is open, inclusive, and appreciative has transformed the operational efficiency of the company — and led to measurable growth, retention, and recruitment.

Prior to Bell Fuels, Stella served in various Executive and Business Development roles in the security industry.

When Stella is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones and serves in leadership roles in several local non profits — including The Circle and Saint Joseph Services.
